Sub-processors
These are the providers we rely on to run Usher Up. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement with us. We give business customers 30 days' notice by email before adding or replacing one; use the contact form to be added to that notice list.
Current sub-processors
| Provider | What it does for us | Data it touches | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts the service (Workers), stores handoffs (KV), serves DNS and protects against abuse | All handoff and account data, visitor IP addresses in security logs | United States, with edge locations worldwide |
| Resend, Inc. | Delivers handoff and account emails | Recipient email addresses and the content of each handoff email, kept in Resend's logs per its retention policy (typically 12 months) | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. | Takes payments for paid plans and hosts the billing portal | Business contact name and email, card details (entered on Stripe's pages, never seen by us), invoices | United States |
| Migadu-Mail GmbH | Hosts our support mailbox, hello@usherup.com | Anything you email us | Switzerland |
| Plausible Insights OÜ | Cookie free website analytics | Aggregated page view counts; no personal data | European Union |
Providers you connect yourself
If you connect your own CRM, such as HubSpot, or point a webhook at your own systems, we send handoffs there on your instruction. Those providers are your processors, not ours, and are not listed here.
AI assistants
AI assistants that send handoffs (for example Claude or ChatGPT) are the source of the data, acting for the customer. They are not our sub-processors and we do not share handoff data back to them beyond the confirmation that a request was received.
