What counts as a handoff
One accepted request from an assistant or your hosted contact page, delivered to your destinations. Requests we reject for missing consent or bad data do not count.
What happens when you go over
On Starter, the first three handoffs each month are delivered in full. Any that arrive after that are held, and we email you what is waiting: the kind of request, how urgent it is, and what it is about. Upgrade and every held handoff is delivered the same minute. Held handoffs are kept for 90 days like any other. On Growth and Scale we keep delivering past your monthly number and email you about moving up; we never hold a paying customer's requests.
Free tier rules
Starter is for businesses that have not paid before. If you move to a paid plan and later cancel, the account goes on hold at the end of the period you paid for: handoffs are held and nothing is delivered free. One account per business website; the confirmation email must come from that domain or the snippet must be live on it.
How billing works
Every account starts on Starter. When you are ready, upgrade from your account page: Stripe takes the card, the plan is active the same minute, and anything that was held is delivered. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time from the same page; the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and then handoffs are held again.
